Our goal is to drive systemic changes and develop long-term social and economic infrastructures. Moreover, we aim to improve and optimize the implementation of government programs in the local Arab authorities. We work to eliminate regulatory barriers, build up both professional and leadership capabilities among working echelons and elected officials, and lead sustainable change processes.
Structural-Systemic Change: removing systemic and regulatory barriers, coping with financial and professional limitations, and building inter-sector trust.
Effective Policy Implementation: promotion of partnerships with government ministries in critical subjects such as planning and construction, education, energy and environment. Additionally, improving the implementation of government plans in local Arab authorities, with emphasis on Government Decision no. 550 for the implementation of a five-year plan.
Building Local and Structural Capabilities: empowering professional leadership in local Arab government, developing managerial and professional skills, and ensuring fair representation in the processes of national-economic decision-making.
Promoting Sustainable Socio-Economic Development: narrowing socio-economic gaps in areas of housing, education, infrastructures and social mobility, by creating a trajectory for the full involvement of Arab society in Israeli society and economy. This is done by launching tailored professional processes for the effective and optimal implementation of budgets and resources.
